As anywhere you'll find the odd group of humans or other races but even if they lived in Teldin for years it is hard to oppose the inherent distrust they have for other races. The people of Teldin are private people. Although not unwelcoming they tend to distrust outsiders and rather hold a neutral stance. The people of Teldin value family, craftsmanship and tradition. 			Teldin is an elective monarchy. The new ruler is selected once the old one dies or lays down their position. The candidates are choosen by the Silver Council and then have to proceed through a set of trials. The winner is crowned as the new king under the mountain.
			The current king is Doran Goldhand.
